Started in 2017, the Tour du Rwanda Concert Series is designed to leverage the use of sports, music, and the arts as a platform to foster cultural exchange, promote public health, and have a sustainable economic impact. In its inaugural year, the Global Livingston Institute, U.S. Embassy in Kigali, Rwandan Cycling Federation, and the Rwandan Ministry of Health came together to throw a concert in Kigali, Rwanda alongside the Tour du Rwanda. 8,000 people turned out as top Rwandan headliners and musicians from the United States performed on stage.

Additionally, hundreds of people received free medical services such as HIV testing and comprehensive health screenings.

In August 2018, we plan on hosting two concerts in Kigali, Rwanda and Musanze, Rwanda. We hope you'll join us for an amazing year of music, health, and culture sharing!
